1. Objective
Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘gami-talks.com’, referred as a conference website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) processes the personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used in any other purposes not being addressed below, and if the objective to use the personal information would be changed, we will ask prior consent.

We process the personal information for various notices and Q&A, etc.

6. Destruction of personal information

Korea Gamification Institute, Inc. (‘gami-talks.com’, referred as a conference website of Korea Gamification Institute, Inc.) destroys the relevant personal information right after fulfilling the purpose of personal information processing as soon as possible. The procedure, deadline and method of destruction are as follows.

- Procedure
The information input by users is moved into separate database (or separate document) after fulling the purpose, and this will be stored or removed as soon as possible after the period regulated by internal guideline and relevant law. In this case, personal information moved into database will not be used as other purposes except the allowance by laws.

- Deadline

Information in electronic files is destroyed by technical method not to be replayed again. The printed personal information is shattered.


7. Securing the safety of personal information
